The Gorge Trailhead Deli is a concept food truck that primarily belongs in the Mission Trails Regional Park in San Diego, California. There is a demand for a food within the park that would be utilized by hikers, climbers, and nature lovers that visit the beautiful park. The design of The Gorge's primary menu as well as its tear-away build-your-own sandwich menu are inspired by the park itself, including the nature and visitors that go there.
